Step 1
Select the clothing category from below. You can add several categories to your cart.
Once you’ve chosen the clothes category, pin the area of the garments that need to be repaired or altered using our measuring guide.
Step 2
If you’re happy with the cost of repairs/alterations, complete the order at the checkout.
After completing the order, just post your garments to one of our online tailors using recorded delivery.
Make sure to print off the order confirmation and include it with your garments– or send us a confirmation email instead.
Step 3
Sit back and relax!
Our tailors by post service are fast and efficient. We’ll have your garments fixed in no time and notify you once they’re posted for return.
If you need online alterations or repairs as quickly as possible, we offer an express service too!
